Return Policy.

As all products offered in my store are custom-made and personalized, the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply (according to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and the products are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with me at store@aufdemdach.com within 14 days of receipt with details of the issue and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos). I will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, including offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.
